es war sehr verwinkelt und um ins Schwimmbad zukommen musste man einige formale Hürden überstehen

„Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lager - aber mit mässigem Umfeld
Sehr schönes, stilvolles Hotel. Besonders der Frühstücksraum und das Gebäude sind sehr toll gestaltet. Was Geschackssache ist - und darüber kann man beaknntlich nicht streiten- sind die modernen Zimmer. Meiner Frau fand er erst zu modern, war aber am Ende aber doch zufrieden.
Vor unserem Bad-Fenster war eine große Lüftung, die in der Nacht teilweise recht laut war. Was aber ärgerlicher war, waren die Glas-Container vor dem Schalfzimmerfenster, die teiwleise morgens ab 6Uhr schon befüllt wurden. Dafür waren die Fenster leider nicht schalldicht genug. Die Lage nahe Bahnhof ist zwar angenehm, nur leider war der Platz vor dem Hotel sehr vermüllt und ungepflegt,

„Wir würden wiederkommen
Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof hat viele Vorteile. Mit der Metro erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem. Das Zimmer war großartig. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir mussten etwas länger als erwartet auf unser Zimmer warten, obwohl wir mehrfach unsere Ankunftsuhrzeit angekündigt hatten. Außerhalb des Hotels bekommt man das, wohl aktuell überall in Rom herrschende, Müllproblem am eigenen Leibe zu spüren. Und der Bürgersteig vor dem Hotel hätte dringend eine Sanierung nötig. Da sollten die Hotelbetreiber bei der Stadtverwaltung Handlungsbedarf signalisieren!

Amazing Hotel - Upgrade didn't feel like an upgrade.
The hotel is exceptional,friendly and helpful staff.
With all due respect, we received a free upgrade to an amazing room. However, we originally booked a specific room (Suite with pool) due to the pool included inside the room itself. The upgraded room we got, even though bigger in size, huge balcony and just amazing, did not have the included pool. We wouldn't have paid the amount of money that we did, in the case of knowing that we wouldnt have said pool.
